The Borough

LEAD DESIGNER, PUNCHDRUNK

For the Festival of Britten in 2013, Punchdrunk created The Borough, an immersive theatrical experience that spanned the town of Alderburgh in Suffolk. Merging the tale of Britten’s masterpiece Peter Grimes and George Crabbe’s poem The Borough, the production took the audience on a solo journey of growing paranoia directed and brought to life through a walking binaural experience.
